ordered bands were wider than accustomed and required larger sizes, so had to return and exchange. Their response was excellent.

We purchased the ring and it was everything as promised. Just beautiful. But when summer rolled around it felt really tight. We contacted to get resized or replaced. The emails were responded to immediately and professionally and they sent us a new ring within a week complete with engraving. This kind of customer service is so rare these days. I will use Dellafora again and wholeheartedly recommend!! Definitely 5 star.
