At Dellafora, we want you to be 100% satisfied with every product ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of our ship out date for a  full refund of your item(s) purchase. We also provide you a prepaid USPS return label within continental US.

 

I need a different size, width, or style...

We will process an exchange of your returned item(s). You can exchange to a different size, width, weight, or style.

- SKU, Weight Option, and Size you would like to exchange for
- Date you need your exchange

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive email confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to show up on your credit card statement or bank. Each bank or credit card company has different policies regarding how refunds are entered during the billing cycle. Please note that this time may take longer, even up to one billing cycle, depending on your bank or credit card institution.

**Shipping charges, satin finish charges, and special engraving fees are not refundable. Items sent back for return should be in pristine condition and will be examined by our quality assurance department. Dellafora reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that have been used or damaged in any way.
